This agreement is a legal contract between you and ChatGPT VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, associated trademarks, interface, and service content belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes reasonably. Users are responsible for protecting device and account security and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing risky components.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be bound by those partners' terms of service.

Service limitations: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, system permissions, or local network policies. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your home country, confirm authorization from the bill payer and understand the related costs.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. If access is unavailable due to device battery depletion, system settings, third-party platform restrictions, or network-environment changes, it is not covered by compensation. We work to maintain route information and app compatibility, but some data may come from third-party partners. For security and stability, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service in accordance with applicable rules.
